A quick and easy crispy chilli beef recipe with a sweet and spicy sauce.

- 300g beef strips
- 2 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 1 red chilli, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Spring onions for garnish
Instructions
- Coat beef strips in cornflour.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry beef until crispy.
- Remove beef and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté garlic, ginger, and chilli.
- Add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sweet chilli sauce.
- Return beef to pan and coat with sauce.
- Garnish with spring onions.
Notes
- Use lean beef for best results.
- Adjust chilli sauce for preferred spice level.
- Serve immediately for crispiness.
