Description

A simple and flavorful dish featuring tender chicken and mushrooms in a creamy dill sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and stir in dill, salt, and pepper.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
