- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until browned.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in dill, salt, and pepper.
- Return chicken to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
Notes
- Use fresh dill for best flavor.
- Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
