Description

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, chives, smoked paprika, red pepper flakes, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a sheet of parchment paper or plastic wrap.
  4. Roll into a log shape and twist the ends to seal.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  6. Slice and serve over grilled meats, seafood, or bread.
