Description

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into thin strips.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook chicken until browned, about 5 minutes, then remove from skillet.
  4. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
  6. Pour in chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  7. Return chicken to skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.
  8. Stir in sour cream and heat gently.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
