- 200g hakka noodles
- 150g boneless chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Boil hakka noodles as per package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Mix in soy sauce, vinegar, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss in the cooked noodles and stir well.
- Serve hot.

- Use fresh noodles for best texture.
- Adjust spice levels to your preference.
- Add more vegetables if desired.
