Description

A rich and savory pasta dish with tender beef, bowtie pasta, and a creamy garlic butter cheese sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Add beef slices and cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Add parmesan and mozzarella. Stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly grated cheese for best melting.
  • For extra flavor, add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
