Ingredients

- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Add beef slices and cook until browned (3-4 minutes).
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Bring to a simmer.
- Add parmesan and mozzarella. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Mix in cooked pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- Use freshly grated cheese for best melting.
- For extra flavor, add 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes.
- Leftovers keep refrigerated for 3 days.
