Description

Cheesecake brownies combine rich chocolate brownies with creamy cheesecake for a delicious dessert.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. Whisk flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Mix melted butter and sugar in another bowl. Add eggs and vanilla, stirring until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet, mixing until combined.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
  6. Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla until smooth. Drop spoonfuls over the brownie batter.
  7. Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set. Cool before cutting.
