Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from oven and transfer to a serving dish.
- Sprinkle goat cheese over the squash.
- Drizzle honey on top.
- Garnish with fresh thyme.
