Beef Kafta Kebabs are a flavorful Middle Eastern dish made with ground beef, herbs, and spices. They are grilled to perfection and served with pita bread or rice.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape into long kebabs around skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill kebabs for 4-5 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Serve hot with pita bread or rice.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before use to prevent burning.
- You can also cook kebabs in a skillet if grilling isn’t an option.
